New Medical Technology - Telehealth
Thursday, April 10, 1:00 p.m.

Come and learn more about the  newest wave of technology being used to help you stay out of the hospital by monitoring your vital signs on a daily basis without leaving the house. The telehealth nurse will be calling you daily to check on how you are doing and then calling your physician with any changes and providing  you with peace of mind. Come for a demonstration and description of how this new concept works.
